REFUND & RETURN POLICY

AKOLA PICKLES:

We want you to love every jar you receive! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns:

  • Due to the perishable nature of pickles, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

  • However, if you receive the wrong item, damaged product, or a product that is not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

🛡️ Damaged or Wrong Product:

  • Please share photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item within 48 hours by email or WhatsApp.

  • We will verify and arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund depending on the situation.

💸 Refunds:

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

  • Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (UPI/Bank Account/Card).

❌ Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.

  • Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
